[Ri...]
Is there a specific file I can read to find the counter for saving measure points (ZMP files)? I have about 100 plus files I want to change the value in without having to open, edit, save, close. If this is possible, I would write a VBS app to perform the editing. Richard, take a look inside inspset file, (NOT the same as inspection) the line #( #maxFilesMeasPoints ' ->' 99999) But I'm unsure this is all. Please test and report back.

Jörg Apfelbach I am an avid user of NotePad++. 😉 Thanks to all.
