[Ju...]
Hello All, I generally make a table report of the entire lot when I finish it. Whenever there is a position characteristic with MMC it takes the last measured tolerance and applies it too all the individual parts across the row. This causes parts to be displayed as passing or failing based on this value instead of based on their individual measurements. Has anyone had this issue or know a workaround. I don't care what the tolerance says, just need the values to be highlighted as pass or fail. Based on the individual reports, numbers 1, 5, 6, and 7 should be red, but it is using the tolerance from number 20 and passing everything. I see that as a great improvement and I suggest you to put it under PiWeb ideas on the portal -> https://portal.zeiss.com/my-voice/software/metrology
[To...]
Please sign in to view this quote. Isn't it more of a bug fix or a limitation of the table format? Edited February
[Ju...]
I talked with Zeiss and it seems like this is a normal occurrence. It will always use the last measurement taken for any 0 MMC tolerance, as it is stored globally. According to them there is no way to change it to make it appear pass or fail either for Table reports.
