How to get rid of this error to get the PIWeb report

I am getting this error and trying to figure out how to clear it im not sure. I know what is causing it but calypso wont let me get rid of the characteristic so it will give me the PIWeb report i am wanting. ideas? direction?

I figured this out for anyone that would like the information, i feel like i am contributing to the forum now instead of asking a bunch of questions! Which i definately appreciate from everyone! My issue was my CPU was having issues with dropping the internet connection. The IT department fixed my problem. I lost the Drive went to save and it gave me this error, as you can see at bottom of list "Left Profile .002". I sent out a message to Zeiss, in the meantime i grouped this Characteristic error with another Characteristic that had no features. I then deleted the group and Calypso accepted it and the issue was solved. I then ran the program and no more error. The PiWeb report was produced as it does always.

I appreciate that, I have been away from Calypso for about 4 years and was not sure on the updates to the software. If it was going to be the same as i remember or not? To my surprise getting back into programming there have been some updates that just make it even easier. I was used to 2D drawings and not alot of 3D but it makes life easier. I have been to the beginner and advanced and curve classes but that was in the beginning. So yes i appreciate the reply back. Thank you!
