[al...]
Hello I have a T-SCAN HAWAK 2 I calibrate the scanner every morning And the accuracy of the scanner is good in the morning but by the evening and the temperature difference is 3 degrees Celsius The device becomes inaccurate and has an error of about .05 MM for about 200 mm
[Ri...]
Please sign in to view this quote. If you have large temperature fluctuations you should perform a quick HyperScale Recalibration. The bar is located in the case. This is the intent of this process. It's extremely quick too.
[al...]
Thank you. How many degrees of temperature changes do you think are OK?
[Ri...]
Hard to say because I don't think the tech specs list anything like a CMM does for allowable temperature change. I would just say that it's probably just a good idea to do the hypserscale recalibration before each scan - I believe this can even be added to your template if you'd like.
