On my end, I know the portal was down for about an hour or two last week. If you are still experiencing issues, I would also recommend clearing your browser cache. Delete cookies. Still potentially a block from your IT but not likely if it worked recently. If it persists beyond these tests and your IT confirms there is no block, please contact SW Help Desk.
