On my end, I know the portal was down for about an hour or two last week. If you are still experiencing issues, I would also recommend clearing your browser cache. Still potentially a block from your IT but not likely if it worked recently. If it persists beyond these tests and your IT confirms there is no block, please contact SW Help Desk. You can utilize the Webshop chat to connect with an Aftermarket team member who can help with any items you may be interested in that are currently not visible on the Webshop.
