Hi Rischard,

This could be an issue with IT AV security. I took the link and was able to log in to the store without any problems. On my end, I know the portal was down for about an hour or two last week. If you are still experiencing issues, I would also recommend clearing your browser cache.

Glad to hear, you were able to get the links to work. probably security related but they did have some issues with user login or displaying offline in the ZQS. that issue should have been fixed as well.

I am logged into the Portal, can't access the Webshop for styli and accessories.

Try in incognito or private browser mode.  Or another browser.  If it works then it is an internal cookie from your browsers end.  Delete cookies.  Still potentially a block from your IT but not likely if it worked recently.

If it persists beyond these tests and your IT confirms there is no block, please contact SW Help Desk. The ZEISS Webshop dev team is quite interested in tracking down any access related conflicts.

I think both these incidents are due to our IT rolling out more rules.

Now in 2026, I am looking for reference spheres, but they are no longer available. I was also looking at the RT check. It too is no longer available. Have these items been removed? They were there a few months ago.

I believe (different department so I can't speak with certainty) that the Webshop is under construction for some improvements, there used to be a (hard to notice) message about it, although I no longer see that on the page. You can utilize the Webshop chat to connect with an Aftermarket team member who can help with any items you may be interested in that are currently not visible on the Webshop.

I had found a work around, all you have to do is enter a legitimate part number in the search bar, then proceed to the portal home page.
