[Lu...]
Hello, Is there a way to set a program to not default to "Manual Alignment?" I want it to default to the automatic alignment, so when I click Run I do not need to change the dropdown from "Manual Alignment" to the automatic alignment. Thank you

[Ma...]
You can tryout menu -> CNC -> Preassign CNC Start Values - this will bring same window, but any other starts will be using new setup.
[Cl...]
After you've established the starT alignment and the CMM now knows the location of the fixtured part. Tick Base Alignment Choose the base alignment from the drop-down. It will not begin with the BA. Edited February
[Lu...]
I tried these ideas...no luck. Most of these suggestions seem to be a different version of Calpso. I found Plan -> Assign CNC Start Values. I thought that would work but it didn't. Edited February
[Ma...]
For new programs this can not be set. Autorun with pallet has it's own settings. Once you make changes, this will be set until next manual change. Template won't work either
[Da...]
22603-set-default-alignment-run-menu.bmp Please check the base alignment setting 'Manual Alignment'
[To...]
Does it run the base alignment in CNC mode after you do the manual alignment? Or, does it make you manually align it a second time? If the latter, go into Features Setting Editor, find the CNC settings. I'm guessing the features in the BA have been set to Manual. If so, change them to CNC. Edited Monday at 07:15 PM
