Cannot find actual points within the maximum distance

I scanned the same person's body three times using a mobile device and attempted to compare the numerical differences in specific areas using SURFACE COMPARISON. However, I received an error message saying, "Cannot find actual points within the maximum distance," and the numerical differences appear to be minimal. In reality, the waist circumference differs by about 1 cm between the two scans. I’m wondering what might be causing this issue. I have attached the SURFACE COMPARISON image for reference.

Hi,

You should increase the Max. distance parameter when creating the surface comparison.

Hi,

if the deviation is unusually small, I would recommend checking whether the mesh was imported in the correct units. Perhaps the size of the mesh is 2mm instead of 2m. If you press F7 and rotate the view using the coordinate cube toward a coordinate axis, you can directly see the size of the object in mm in the grid.
