Concentricity vs Coaxiality

If the length of the cylinder is longer than 3 times the diameter, it is evaluated in terms of coaxiality.
If the length is shorter than 3 times the diameter, or if there is an ACS symbol, it is evaluated in terms of concentricity.

I do not understand the difference between coaxiality and concentricity in your case ?

I this case, I prefer check straightness of the 2 axis in combined zone because the datum A is too short.

I am not an ISO expert in any regards, but I am looking forward to the comments from the ISO community on the ACS interpretation.  I also don't understand why ISO coaxiality doesn't consider the outer tangential element condition of the considered feature.
