  1. 1. We have had reports from customers in the US that the ZEISS Webshop may be presenting an "Under Maintenance" page either during initial load or during checkout. This appears to be an intermittent issue for only some customers and I am reaching out to identify who may be having a problem.  If you are experiencing this error, could you please relay that information? https://shop.metrology.zeiss.com/

    • I checked. The page loads fine for me.

  2. 2. If you got an error. Would you be willing to take some time with the ZEISS support teams to identify the source of the error?

I'm in the US and I didn't have any issues on the website, I also went to the checkout page to see if I would get an error there and I didn't

I have no issues with the Webshop, but when I go to the Knowlege Base it keeps re-loading with a "AuthorizeCallBack" page popping up (over & over &...). So that's fun lol

Keith - Thank you for the feedback.  Are you located in the US or Canada?  The Knowledge Base is only accessible to ZEISS customers in the US and Canada.

I'm in the US. 

I was using WiFi... which uses a VPN. Switched over to Ethernet, but the issue persists

Keith - Are you still experiencing this error?  Does the error occur when attempting to load from the Portal (active in site and signed in) or are you trying to load from a bookmark or weblink directly?

Thanks for being proactive about the issue, Mr. Pendrod.


I usually see a login error message, but I am still able to sign in normally regardless of this message. The webshop appears to be working fine for me.

Does the error occur when attempting to load from the Portal (active in site and signed in) or are you trying to load from a bookmark or weblink directly?

It does it when I try to load from a bookmark... when I go to the main login page (portal.zeiss.com) the page loads fine, but when I click the link to sign in it does not go to a sign in page. Instead, it reloads the main login page.

If you attempt to access a KB page (or any page from within Portal with the exception of the Forum) from bookmark you should be forced to the login page as your user credentials need to be active/validated for login.  This is intended behavior.

Thank you everyone who has tested the US Web Shop landing and checkout page. I don't see any reported errors which is fantastic.  If anyone still encounters a problem, please feel free to reach out for assistance.
