How do software upgrades work when SMA's have expired?

We have one CMM at v2016 including Planner. (Contura)

Two CMM's at v2017, including PCM. (Micura's)

Two CMM's at v2022 including FreeForm. (Contura 2014)

One Planner using v2016, v2017, v2022 including PCM. (Laptop)

I don't believe we have any active SMA's.

What would we have to do (and pay) to upgrade to v2024 for all licenses?

 You would reach out to your regional sales representative for a quote. For Zeiss Calypso, you do not pay for years you did not upgrade, unlike some other software (I am looking at you Zeiss Inspect). So you would pay for a 2024 license upgrade for each of the devices listed.

Lucky you! That's different here in Germany. More than once my managers thought it'd be smart to let the SMA run out, skip a few versions and then get the newest release for the price of a new SMA.  I envy you 😉
