Impossible to get trail version

Down loaded software, click on free trial get attached error message. 

No license and no way of getting a trial license.

Hi ZD,

As Christine mentioned, this is typically a login issue. Please ensure that you fully close the Zeiss Quality Suite and check that there are no tasks related to ZQS running in the background.

Next, I recommend clearing your browser cache. After doing that, reopen the suite, log in, and attempt the trial from within the suite. If you encounter any issues, try using the link you posted; I was able to access it successfully this morning.

Hi Kyle

I have followed your instructions: logged out from suite, cleared the browser cache, removed any task related to ZQS from windows task manager and this time I got this message as below. I tried both ways but neither directly from ZQS nor from browser it turns to the same error. What else can be wrong?

As mentioned in the screenshot a company email adress is required to get a trial/ free license.
If thats the case ZEISS ID musst be checked therefore get in contact with ZEISS via the contact adress or ZEISS ID.
