[To...]
Datum A is face and datum B is 2 cylinders. There are several profiles on the top of the part to A and B with MMB. Thought I could create a parallel cylinder but it is not available as secondary datum using Beta GD&T. Any thoughts? Edited March
[Da...]
Can you create a symmetry plane between the cylinders and perpendicular to A and use that?

[Pa...]
With Beta GD&T you can check the option "Common datum" in element selection and there directly select both individual cylinders. The construction of a parallel cylinder is no longer needed here.

[Ju...]
Tom was assisting me with this issue, so thanks for the help. I had a follow up question, if you had to do unequal distribution of a profile using the above datums how would you do that? When using the GD&T Beta engine that drop down menu disappears. [Pa...]
I think I saw a mention in some intro video from Zeiss about Calypso 2024 that this unequal distribution doesn't exist yet in Beta GD&T Engine.
