Calypso failing to write characteristic file to Results folder.

On one Contura 2014 CMM with v2022 I am seeing an issue where Calypso fails to write the characteristic file to the results folder but write the Feature and header files to the same folder.

There is not an error report generated, just a dialog box with the string for path and file name (which would be the same for feature and header files) and an OK button.

When the characteristic file is not written, the Excel file is not populated (Calypso default excel file).

When this happens, I run through the data again with "Clear existing results" unchecked and it works every time. The issue only happens on new runs when "Clear existing results" is checked.

The only difference in the entire string for Characteristic, Feature and Header is the "_chr.txt", "_fet.txt" and "_hdr.txt".
