[Za...] Posted March 27 Share Posted March 27 Having an odd problem with our Calypso install. I am trying to get into System Settings: Miscellaneous, but when I do it runs the "Check license" process like when you first boot Calypso. After hanging forever, it pops up an error box: "License Violation Reason: No valid basic license found or dongle not recognized" and prompts me to close Calypso. Bear in mind this is on a Calypso that has already successfully verified my license/dongle well enough to open Calypso and load a measurement plan, so I don't think its caused by an inability to see the licenses or dongle I already have installed/plugged in. [Ma...] Posted March 31 Share Posted March 31 I had this issue with a customer last year, background was he switched his offline station with his CMM PC or at least the config and only switched off/on the simulation. Every time he tried to access "Miscellaneous" he ran into the same error. I would recommend exporting all your stylus data, calibration sphere and create a new config and import the data.
