CMM Connection Disappeared

Hi all, 

I have a call out to ZEISS about this one, but I want to see if I can get some advice while I wait for a call back.

I recently installed a patch for CALYPSO 2023 and after doing so, I noticed that CALYPSO was not recognizing the CMM any longer. When I try to reconnect, I get the following error message:

These unhandled exception messages aren't typically super useful to me, but I am curious if anyone has seen something like this or happens to know what I might need to do to reconnect CALYPSO to my CMM.

It actually looks like the SQL Server Service got removed somehow, which is obviously a major concern. I am just doing a complete reinstall of the software to see if that fixes the issue

Reinstalling everything seems to have fixed my issue. Annoying, but it worked.
