Undesired rotation of plane

I am facing a difficulty with a "plane A-B-C" created from a recall of 3 circle centre point.

Intermittently rotates 180 degrees instead of 0 around YX and ZX.

I request your support, trying to solve this problem. Thank you.

I don't think that you should be using recalled centers of circles into plane.

I created a point for each circle centre, after I recalled these created points to build the plane.

What should I use instead?

Are these Datum targets at specific XY coordinates?

Datum A B C are defined by cylinders.

I measured for each datum ABC a circle to create a plane

Unless I'm missing something, you can't create a plane from three cylinders.
