HOW TO FIX THE FREQUENCY OF NOT GETTING A REFERENCE POINT AND HAVE TO CALIBRATE REGULARLY ?

Hi, 
- The first problem: The Atos core 300 often has to be recalibrated after a day or two of use, even though the room temperature doesn't change much.
- The second problem:it is not getting the reference point when not calibrated, I tried to test the connection on the line, check the connection on the software but still can't fix it, hope you have a solution to reduce the effective time correction.
