PiWeb - Removing Elements of Position Results

I know that I have seen (but cannot find) how to remove the MMC result for a Position characteristic... which I thought might help.

I have a Position that requires a Best Fit, to report in the X direction only, so I need to report ONLY in the X direction. Since I do not see a way to turn off the reporting in the Z direction, I need to remove the overall result, and the Z direction, leaving only the Position in X results (unless there is another way that I am unaware of)

I could swear that there used to be a good Knowledge Base article on this. I'm not sure if it's what you're looking for based on what you described, but I think this thread may have the info you want. It's old, but I have used the method that Richard describes as recently as six or so months ago.
