[Ch...]
Hi, Does anyone know where to start looking to resolve this issue? I get a generic network error (MFG-0005 and FG-0004), but if I switch user I have no issues at all. I just log out and log in on the other user without touching any connections and it has connectivity. Are there any specific user files that could have been corrupted? I even made the current user admin to see if it was related to access/elevation, but no change. The issues started suddenly when I was about to start scanning. Thanks! [Na...]
Hello Christer, could you try to update the SW at first? The screenshot says Service Pack 3 but Service Pack 5 is the current version. If this does not help, is there maybe some kind of firewall/security software that is more restrictive for that user account? If an update does not solve the issue, could you please contact your local support with a gomsic (help -> system analysis -> support data)? Maybe the public folder is a different one between the users? But this should be analyzed with a gomsic by the support 😃 Nanno
