[A...] Posted April 21 Share Posted April 21 Morning all! Im having updating issues with the current service pack. Ill start by saying I have found the other forum and walked through it all to try help. this one ^ My issue is, installing the service pack removes my kmgio.dll file and quite possibly another and is unable to connect with the CMM with an error about the library not available. Ive reinstalled Calypso, retried the service pack, and done what I can. Right now, we are running with Calypso 7.4.00 for now but we all know how stable base version is. Any suggestions? [Ri...] Posted April 22 Share Posted April 22 Search for these files: C:\Windows\System32\kmgio.dll C:\Windows\SysWOW64\kmgio.dll Copy to a safe folder. After installing the service pack/update, see if those files are missing. If they are copy the saved files back to there respective folders. [Ab...] Posted April 22 Share Posted April 22 Hello If you are missing kmgio files, and there is no backup. i would suggest if you have another computer with working Calypso go to C:\Windows\System32\ and C:\Windows\SysWOW64\ folders copy kmgio.dll from that computer and move it to your computer and that should solve your issue.
