[To...]
RE: New model of Contura I know there are situations that cause the drives to shut off but I want to know if there a log file that records when and why the drives shut off. [Mi...]
I little while ago I had some drive shut off issues on our Contura, kept shutting off on Z+ moves. Fixed it by increasing the air regulator to 5 bar. Link to comment https://qualityforum.zeiss.com/topic/23213-drives-shutting-off/#findComment-131869 Share on other sites
[Ma...]
Hehe i got an issue with machine shuts of drives - no clue why. Just sporadic. But only on 6-14h shift. After a week we found, that worker pulled lever to 30% so air pressure was fine until air grinder was turned on 😄 Link to comment https://qualityforum.zeiss.com/topic/23213-drives-shutting-off/#findComment-131895 Share on other sites

[Ma...]
There may be few more options then just air regulator settings. Balancing cylinder, balancing regulator, Z- drive etc. Link to comment https://qualityforum.zeiss.com/topic/23213-drives-shutting-off/#findComment-147985 Share on other sites
