Status Window: Users keep closing the Status Window.

Can I restart the Status Window without restarting Calypso?

We have been having issues with a certain shift, and now that they have to report why there are all these problems, they seem to be closing the Status Window so nothing can be viewed.

Another way to restore it is through the Stop Light menu.

More... > Monitor Status

They know this gets logged to a file right? Closing the window doesn't make it 'go away' 🤣

If you got any issues with collisions etc. you could also aks your local ZEISS rep. about the ZEISS Smart Service Dashboard (internet connection needed!).

There´s a free version where you are able to monitor the collisions in real time (per push notification or email ) and you can see which MP / Styli could be at fault.

With the free version you can monitor data up to 7 days in the past (collisions are still saved in a "Logbook").

It did "appear" to make it not show up in the status window, there was no data for the entire 16 hours of the off shifts.

On a side note, I created a post asking if there is a log file I can use.

What about the "timer window"? It doesn't always come on, and sometimes in the past I've accidentally turned it off, but wanted it back on later.
