We have been having issues with a certain shift, and now that they have to report why there are all these problems, they seem to be closing the Status Window so nothing can be viewed. [Do...] Posted April 28 Share Posted April 28 If you got any issues with collisions etc. you could also aks your local ZEISS rep. about the ZEISS Smart Service Dashboard (internet connection needed!). There´s a free version where you are able to monitor the collisions in real time (per push notification or email ) and you can see which MP / Styli could be at fault. It did "appear" to make it not show up in the status window, there was no data for the entire 16 hours of the off shifts. On a side note, I created a post asking if there is a log file I can use.
