PiWeb UserVariables and Report Globally

Is there a way to set User Defined Variable selections and the desired PiWeb Generic report that I want to use globally?  I want to use the same user variables and report for every program.   Currently the only sucessful method I've found is opening multiple printouts ...then user defined variables to select the ProtolocHeader.xml file that's located in the Users/Public/Documents/Zeiss/Calypso/Data folder then selecting the desired "Generic Templates" and saving each individual program.    This is a time drain when you have several hundred programs that would require an individual touch like that.

 If someone chimes in on where this information is stored for each inspection program, I can work on a script that automates the replacement process.
