[De...]
Can someone direct me to the instructions for setting up planner. I downloaded it to a new laptop and installed it, but when i try to open calypso with the dongle inserted it tells me there is no dongle present or some such thing. I seem to remember needing to use the license manager tool at some point but can't find my instructions. any help would be appreciated.

[Ed...]
once everything is installed including the latest updates, open license manager then to activate the license and you will import (not activate) the license from the dongle. If you're using 2024 7.8 make sure you're using the latest Zeiss License Manager Tool.
[To...]
In the past, when installing Calypso Planner on a 2nd computer required you to copy the contents of the license folder from the 1st installation location and paste it to the 2nd location. Is this the same procedure for 2024? Having trouble with this. License Management tool shows the licenses being active but Calypso crashes during start up. [Ab...]
Hello Tom The process for transferring a dongle license from one computer to another remains consistent. However, it is important to note that for calypso license 7.8 and newer when importing the license on the new computer, the dongle must be connected. If the dongle is not connected during the import process, the license file will not be successfully imported.
