[De...] Posted April 25 Share Posted April 25 Can someone direct me to the instructions for setting up planner. I downloaded it to a new laptop and installed it, but when i try to open calypso with the dongle inserted it tells me there is no dongle present or some such thing. [Ed...] Posted May 2 Share Posted May 2 once everything is installed including the latest updates, open license manager then to activate the license and you will import (not activate) the license from the dongle.
