SDCOnnect failed to stylus Database

Hi Everyone, 

I have this message when i want to open calypso,  SDCOnnect failed to stylus database. I get it , the way to solve this appear in the Portal in Knowledge basics, but where i find on my PC the SQ thing to put it at "running" like they said in that Knowledge basics... thank you!!

for anyone coming back to this post in the future, i believe the article Francis mentioned is this one:

to find Services to see if SQL is running, click on the windows start icon, type in "services", and open the services app. For some folks, you may need administrator privileges for this step.

It's still there - you just have to edit your profile on portal.zeiss.com and set your Location to "United States of America" to be able to access KB.

ZEISS - please unlock that. Just add claimer that KB is only in english
