Output Feature Name from list

Hello there,

We are measuring a series of stepped faces, 44 pairs in total, and we would like to know which ones are the max and min, we can get the figures and offending feature name using Minimum X etc, but it doesn’t tell us in the report which of the offending 44 it relates to, just the value? 
We have tried using a formula but no joy, we don’t have PCM but feel we shouldn’t need it for this.
