Zeiss Inspect prevents me from logging into windows

Hello, every time I install Zeiss Inspect, it prevents me from logging into windows 11 upon computer restart.   Upon restart, I would try to log into my windows profile and zeiss optic 3D would start and then it would sign me out.

I think I made some mistakes trying to set up users in the kiosk mode addon.

Can someone please help me reset this?  I've uninstalled everything, remove the zeiss folder from everywhere like %appdata% or %programdata%, etc I just cannot seem to fix it.

This would be ok if inspect is not installed but as soon as I install it, this issue would start again.   I just want to do a clean install of inspect and reset everything, how can I accomplish this?

Hi Dennis,

please contact your local support. They can provide you a script to revert the user restrictions. The restrictions are set in the registry, so deleting the software has no effect.
