Control Box lock is 10 seconds?

I mentioned this in another post, but I would like to have this resolved.

I have noticed on one of the Macura's, is the control box locks very quickly. You can hardly get time between moving the CMM manually and creating a feature and its locked again.

The lock time should be 60 seconds.

How do I reset the lock tie to 60 seconds?

The CMM runs Calypso v2017, I think the CMM is from 2015.

I could have sworn I'd adjusted this before, but If I did it was before the newer BP26SE joystick box that came out.

A quick skim through the BP26SE manual shows that it isn't adjustable on the wired box (prove me wrong, I'd be fine with it) , but is adjustable on the wireless box through the menu items on the screen (?).

If it's a young Macura, you might give it some HIM's vitamins:-).

For a technician from Zeiss it is possible to turn it off or set it to any value you want (with the Teso software). Ask next time they are at your place.

Im pretty sure our last calibration is when it was changed, and that was a month or so back.

If you're certain that is when it was changed, I'd call them up and demand they fix it!

Users can't change the value, so who else could it be. 🤷‍♂️
