NEW PROBE RECOGNITION ERROR

I am trying to add a new disc stylus, a home made disc stylus made by our tool grinding department, carefully grinding a sphere on a disc. As I was trying to qualify it, I noticed an error message, that is stopping me from qualifying it but Calypso does not tell me how to fix the error so I am stuck. Would anyone here know how to proceed, what the remedy is?

I di enter it as a New stylus, named it, it shows up on the list of available styli but it prevents me from using it.

The attached shows the error I am getting.
