Angle measurement - what about sign ?

Hi everyone,

Basic question, but not really clear to me. I have two planes (the square and the big disk behind, which is aligned on Z+, here below) and I want to mesure de angle between normals

I use "create angle from 2 directions", I select the two normals and display the 3 projections on the main planes. Then I got those numbers... But the sign is always "+", whatever the direction chosen of the normals. But I would like to know in which direction is the "rotation". for example "+0.528" in XZ for "Angle 3" means that the the tip is moving toward Y+ or Y- ? Like this, I dont know... Any idea to be sure ?
