CMM Data going to QC Calc

Hello,

 

I've been searching multiple forums on here and have been seeing a lot of QC Calc talk in a variety of different threads when seeing if the issue that I'm having has been previously brought up.

 

We have all of our CMM's utilizing QC Calc from ProLink and everything is transferring just fine. The only thing I have noticed is when recording GD&T it is not recording the readings with modifiers attached (MMC, LMC, etc.) and is only recording the pre applied results. I have contacted the customer support and they claim I have to change a setting on my CMM or in QC Calc but did not elaborate and just told me I should contact Zeiss Support as it's an issue with my file readout. Does anyone have any information on what I need to maybe change or look into to fix this to record the proper dimensional number?
