Scripting environment problem Zeiss Inspect 2023

I encounter a problem in the script environment, when I query an item to recall a numeric value (with the Script Object function by pressing F2), a line is generated and I see the preview of the value I am recalling.
If I press F2 again on that line, in the Script Object window I no longer see anything, but it returns to the starting point of the item choice. I have been working with it for 12 years and with the old versions it did not happen.
If I try to print the item the value is recalled, but in the development phase it is a big limit if you write 1000 lines of code.
I program a lot with python, and this function is necessary to check what I am exporting. Attached is a screenshot of the problem.

the issue was created but I can't say when of if this will be changed.

Maybe a different approach works for you by using VS Code as editor: https://zeiss.github.io/zeiss-inspect-app-api/2025/howtos/using_vscode_editor/using_vscode_editor.html
