Camera Initialization Error

Hi All, 

Following a power outage last night, one of our O-Inspect's has begun displaying this error when we run any program with optical probing (all of them). Has anyone seen this error or have any idea how to resolve it.

I have tried to restore a back up of the config file, but that did not resolve the issue.
