Scan not being used to create mesh

Hello, I have a set up to scan a part got all the photogrammetry etc set up and ran. Can run the scan and as it is going round the part it is picking it up no trouble and putting it all together. When it gets to the end though out of the 40 scan positions it only uses 3 to create a mesh and disregards everything else for some reason. Looking at the settings for the full scan section all alignments are good with low residuals etc but when you click on some individual ones it then comes up that there is a position discrepancy on the ones it doesn’t use.
