Calculating the Surface RMS of Planar or Flat Membrane/Sheet?

Hi,

As part of my project, I wish to calculate the surface rms of the flat sheet/membrane from the deviation values that I get after imposing a best fit plane. Is it possible to calculate within the software itself? 

 

Right now, I am exporting all the equidistant deviation labels(has a limit to how many can be shown) and then calculating the RMS over excel.  

Given the limit of displaying the deviation labels, I want to calculate the surface rms using all the deviation values so how do I do that?
