[Se...] Posted June 17 Share Posted June 17 I recently updated to windows 11 and lost my configuration files, essentially having to start from the ground up. (luckily my part programs were backed up) When I load in one of the old programs (same version of calypso 7.6.00) the "tolerancing method" block in the characteristic is blank, and even if the tolerance and the result is correct the characteristic still fails. [Ch...] Posted June 17 Share Posted June 17 Is it possible that you typed in these upper/lower tolerance values before clicking "OK" and the color behind just hasn't had a chance to update? [Se...] Posted June 23 Author Share Posted June 23 It is a proven program that I have been running for over a year. This issue has impacted every program since updating. When I re-type the actual tolerance it turns green and reads it properly. I am hoping to avoid having to do that on all of the characteristics on all of the programs that are on this machine. Reselecting the tolerance mode works except that it will also change the actual tolerance. Once I re-type the tolerance it works.
