System Error After Measurement is Complete

Hello all,

I just recently started sometimes experiencing this issue after a measurement is completed. It happens frequently & it doesn't seem to have a science behind it - it might not happen an entire shift and sometimes it happens after every 5 parts measured. It either causes my autorun program to stop entirely - or if I am measuring a part in the window with the CAD model, it does not automatically increase the sample number for the next part - so if I do not catch this, it overwrites my PDF, excel and measured points file - causing me to have to remeasure the part entirely if I do not have my SPC software QC Calc open. Has anyone ever experienced this or knows a fix?
