I had the dreaded 1215 SDO error where the MasterProbe would not accept a sigma that was well within tolerance set. I performed the task from the portal on resetting the MasterProbe, all went well and now I can qualify the MasterProbe. Now I am qualifying all my RDS probes, most are CAA and a few are Lists. What I really noticed is, it seems there are too many styli with a Sigma of .00001 (Inch) and not enough random values? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Pretty sure it depends on the program you have open, when I open a program that's set to standard, it shows the probes sigma values in standard, but my calibration program is set to metric so when i check the results after calibrating I see the results in metric. (which has caused quite a bit of confusion multiple times lol) Are you checking in the "stylus system management" tab? Or a different location?
