Profile Nominals Recalculated, Additional Report

Hello Zeiss/Calypso world

I turned on additional report on some profiles to clarify/expand the data being fed back to production. I have noticed that the X.Y.Z nominals recalculate every run, producing new nominals for each run. This has led to confusion among the team members I am giving the data to. Does anyone have an explanation for this?

I assume you are scanning, so this is to be expected because it is reporting the nominals of the largest deviation, which is going to change from part-to-part and run-to-run. 

If this is an issue, maybe you could instead take discrete points, and report their profile. Then the nominal will never change.

The min/max points are never in the same position on the profile because each part has a different geometry and profile deviations after machining.
