[Ch...] Posted yesterday at 03:13 AM Share Posted yesterday at 03:13 AM I went to open Gom Inspect today and it pops up like it is starting then closes. When I click on a previous file made it starts to open then gives an error: "Sentinel key not found (H0007)", followed by "Error GTOOLS-0001: Invalid License" I have a free license setup. Not sure what happened or how to correct it. I have repaired the installation but have not tried to uninstall and reinstall as I am not sure if that will kill my license. Does anyone have experience with this or know how to correct it? I had replaced my motherboard & CPU on this desktop several months back, which caused me to need to get a new free license. I am afraid if I reinstall I will need a new license and it's already used my 2 licenses for the year. Gom Error - 7-16-25.docx
[St...]
Hi Chris, this error can be caused by two issues. The first one could be that you endpoint protection got an update and is now blocking access to the folder: "C:\ProgramData\SafeNet Sentinel\Sentinel LDK\installed\4226029\" The second reason could be that the file where all the licenses get stores got corrupted somehow. To fix this please try the following: 1. write down all the activated entitlement IDs 2. revoke every license you have acticated 3. Close down the ZEISS Quality Suite (ZQS) and make sure its also closed in the windows tray. 4. delete the content of "C:\ProgramData\Zeiss\License" 5. start the ZQS as administrator 6. as soon as the ZQS is fully started close it down again and start it as a normal user 7. activate every license you wrote down earlier again. This should fix the issues.
