setting up for autorun

I tried my best to go by the book on setting up for a autorun of only 4 parts while I get this autorun dialed in on how I like it. I created my pallet alignment (photo attached) please let me know if anything looks out of the ordinary, its just a simple alignment. As far as the part alignment ill attach a photo of this as well. this is how its saved and then I close it and open up the auto run page and ill attach how this looks as well along with the alignment tab for that as well. on the repeatability side its not much. ranges from .002-.007 difference if I grab the part on the fixture and check it individually. meaning running my original program and not on the autorun page. I do have a ticket open but just wanted to touch base in here as well.

Any feedback or things I'm doing wrong would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you,

If you have bad repeatibility, then either part is moving on fixture or base alignment is not sufficient.

For pallet settings - all seems good. I don't think that having unchecked "Clear results" and having "Current alignment" is bad, but i would set it as checked "Clear results" and select true base alignment. Pallet settings should overide this.

Use more robust base system ( it's not needed to go by ABC as drawing defines ), use looped base alignment ( if it can be used ) or use start alignment.
This should help.

Okay, I did use the start alignment before so I could go back to this. my fixture is 3d printed and parts feel really good when sitting in the pocket, I could try another design here as well. As far as the datums, they are actually really easy to establish on a manual alignment. ill try checking the results box and running as the base alignment and see if I can get more accurate data this way. thanks for your feedback.

One other thing you should always keep in mind when setting up a pallet with a separate pallet alignment is the offset between both alignments. Calypso calculates that offset once and stores it permanently in the Autorun file, so it's important to define the pallet with "real" (measured) alignments, not theoretical data (like on an offline seat).
