Default to the Automatic Alignment

Is it possible to force the "Run" menu to default to an automatic alignment rather than Manual Alignment (and vice versa)? See attached pic

Yes, under the Base Alignment dialog box there is a check mark option to run it manually. This will automatically default to a manual alignment.

This is what will affect that default behaviour. If it is checked, when you select the Base Alignment in the Run screen it will default to Manual Alignment.
