Generate report without actuals?

Hello, Is there a way to generate results from a program that has no actuals due to not being ran on a part yet? I wanted to provide a list of all the characteristics a program I made reports, but I don't have any parts as of right now to check and get the actuals from. Of course I could always go down the list of characteristics and just write them all down, but I figured id check and see if there is a quicker way first, since this is something I do often it would be a great time saver. Thanks!

I think the "Subsequent Evaluation" would generate such a report. Not 100% sure? Not at a CMM right now.

Well, It does generate a report which has what I'm looking for, which is great and will work. Though it also includes a lot of the features used in the report, not just the characteristics (due to them having "not enough points for feature calculation"). A bit of PDF editing and it will work just fine, which is already much faster than what I used to do. Thank you very much!

Switch the machine tab to simulation and reconnect, and once in simulation you can run it as you normally would through calypso, but the CMM wont move and it will just create a report using the CAD or feature data. You can also, if you do not want perfect actuals, turn on Dispersion in the Extras-Settings-Measurement_Simulation menu, where you can also define how much dispersion you want the points to have.

This should generally resolve the "not enough points" problem in most cases as well

If you just want a printed list of the characteristics  and tolerances used in the program, go to file, scroll down and select print characteristics.

if you only need the names of your characteristics, you can use PCM: exportCharacteristicsHierarchy()

it gives you an ascii-file named cfHierarchy.txt into your measurement plan directory
