[Ri...] Posted August 5 Share Posted August 5 We are working up a budget to get 5 CMM's up to a single version of Calypso. The CMM's have software from v2016, v2017 andv2022. Most service packs or Patches are unknown. Prior CMM management did not keep good records, I am looking for information on how to get the license data from the ZLAU or other means for each CMM to a text enabled file to present to Zeiss for a quote. [Ma...] Posted August 5 Share Posted August 5 Hi again 😅, i assume you dont have an SMA, otherwise you could just update the license via the Zeiss Portal. If you send me the CMM Serial numbers via PN, i can have a look on the License server which CMM has which Version available. About the Servicepack/Patch Version, the license is always valid for the whole "Base Version" (for example 7.2), so servicepacks or patches dont matter when it comes to licenses.
