[To...] Posted August 6 Share Posted August 6 All of a sudden, when I open my program, the model is not loaded. It also happens if I switch to another program and come back to it. Only happens on this program. The only way to get it back is to go to CAD - View - Redraw CAD model and I'm back to normal. Any fixes? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

All of a sudden this morning, one of my programs is won't load the CAD model, only the assorted extracted geometry in the program. What's the best way to add the CAD model back and aligned correctly? [Ra...] Posted August 7 Share Posted August 7 I used to open a blank inspection file, load the cad model, then cad model transform the trihedron to the location and orientation of the base alignment of the original program. Then save the model, and import it in the original program, and everything should line up correctly. [Jo...] Posted August 7 Share Posted August 7 This happens randomly to me on both of our machines through 2024 and 2025 and I have no idea why. (It even happened at the Zeiss center when i took my calypso basic class a couple years ago!) I ran into this problem with a few models that I got from an overseas affiliate. I know it doesn't make any sense, but it always seemed to fix the problem.
