Can't login to user account. ZEISS INSPECT Optical 3D launches and we get sent back to Windows log in screen.

Just yesterday we were able to log in to "user" account and this morning when we go to log in, we see ZEISS INSPECT Optical 3D launch and when progress bar reaches 90% we get logged out and sent back to Windows log in screen. Is there a script running that is causing this behavior? If so how do we stop the script? Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Christian,

maybe the user was restricted to a kiosk user. There is a reset script available at your suppport if this happened - it should start the kiosk mode in full screen and not log the user out, but it is worth checking.

Please also make sure, that none of your scripts (.py ending) is in the folder C:\Users\*USER*\AppData\Roaming\GOM\*inspect version*\gom_import_scripts.
