[Ch...] Posted August 16 Share Posted August 16 Just yesterday we were able to log in to "user" account and this morning when we go to log in, we see ZEISS INSPECT Optical 3D launch and when progress bar reaches 90% we get logged out and sent back to Windows log in screen. [Na...] Posted August 27 Share Posted August 27 Hi Christian, maybe the user was restricted to a kiosk user. There is a reset script available at your suppport if this happened - it should start the kiosk mode in full screen and not log the user out, but it is worth checking. Please also make sure, that none of your scripts (.py ending) is in the folder C:\Users\*USER*\AppData\Roaming\GOM\*inspect version*\gom_import_scripts.
