Twilight Zone: Pattern on a plane gets rotated 180°

I have a pattern on a plane with two scan paths.

One path is a circle and programmed to start at 12 O'clock.

My pattern which follows the exterior of the plain, also programmed to start at 12 O'clock.

Due to odd behavior I am seeing, I made sure these scans both start at 12 O'clock.

When I run the feature from the features tab (Execute the feature), as anyone would typically run a feature, the scans start at 6 O'clock.

When I run each scan from within the feature, the scans start at 12 O'clock.

Obviously, the pattern scan will not be in contact with the plane starting at 6 O'clock.

"Picture if you will", the patterned scan rotated 180° about the centerline of the circle feature when the feature is run normally but it doesn't show rotated.

All other features run normally without issues.

Calypso v2022. Image view is from -X axis.

p.s.

I have recreated this feature a dozen times, it's always the same issue.

Would you try that path recall into curve, then use that curve spline to generate point path ( like a cloud of points ) this should always measure from first point.

I use non measured plane, recall measured points into 3d curve and click to close curve. This will create spline on model, which can be selected for making path on plane from selected curve.

I saw many oddities, like scan of a sphere which was in -Z start and end - had a strange path - i think i posted that movement on my youtube channel.
