Chart Reporting

Anyone having issues with charts not showing up after the run is finished? I can see the trace as its plotting, I can get them to export at the end of the run as a pdf, but the pop-up that shows the same thing at the end is showing blank. Has only been an issue on a couple of programs since updating to gear pro 2025.

 Is it blank or does it show something else, another screen which you can rotate something ? Sometimes if there is an error it shows an alternate screen, however if you find the tab on the bottom of this you can see the normal chart results.

 

As far as totally blank, I wouldn't know what the cause of that is.

Can you upload an .act file ?

Completely blank, the left hand column still shows the different reporting options but all are blank as well. So far I have yet to see an error on an alternate screen. I thought it was an individual program issue, however I had a program that ran fine for 6-7 reports and then it started reporting a blank screen as well. 

 

Will get an .act file uploaded next time it happens!

Finally remembered to get a file attached! This happened today on a program that has ran 2-3x previously with no issues.

I just tried this and it worked fine on my computer, at least I believe it did. Which plots weren't you seeing?

So weird..... I was not able to see any plots, it's a blank document on my end.

So, I am actually able to replicate this, but it is kinda weird.

 

If the window that the charts are on is spread across two different screens, it will show up as blank. When I move it to be completely on 1, though, is seems to work fine. Can you check that you aren't in a similar situation?

Does not seem to be the case on my end, interesting enough when I open that .act file, it now has no issues. For instances where it has happened a couple times in a row, I assume it was the spreading across multiple displays causing the issue.
